Enrichment

The Enrichment Division comprises the Education and Healthcare teams which work with various government agencies and industry partners to promote Singapore as a multi-faceted destination for quality, enriching experiences:

Education
Singapore is a compelling destination for visitors who are keen on experiential learning and acquiring professional knowledge. It offers a myriad of quality programmes ranging from executive education and corporate training to experiential learning vacations, catering to the varied needs and aspirations of visitors seeking short term educational travel opportunities.

STB is playing an active role in growing and further developing more high-quality enrichment programmes to entrench Singapore as a must-visit destination for learning holidays for visitors from all walks of life, from school groups to specialty learners; free and independent travellers; and families.

Healthcare
Singapore is Asia's leading medical hub with internationally accredited healthcare providers that deliver quality patient-centric care.

STB works closely with the private healthcare providers to strengthen and expand their reach and referral networks in key target markets. In addition, STB facilitates industry development capabilities to create and deliver value-added experiences so as to enhance service delivery for greater patient satisfaction. At the same time, STB continues to partner the private industry to strengthen Singapore's positioning as a quality advanced medical care destination.

As a multi-faceted medical hub, Singapore attracts a growing number of medical professionals and multi-national healthcare-related companies from various parts of the world to share and exchange their expertise, to conduct healthcare-related research and training as well as to host international conferences and events.

Healthcare providers in Singapore are constantly strengthening their medical capabilities through professional exchanges and access to innovation in medical technology through our robust healthcare eco-system here.

With well-respected doctors trained in the best centres around the world, internationally-accredited hospitals and speciality centres, medical travellers to Singapore can be assured of quality treatment and high clinical outcomes similar to those in the United States and Europe.

In Singapore, medical travellers to our private healthcare providers can receive quality medical care in an environment that is safe and welcoming, with no uncertainties of political instability, social unrest, or worries about blood safety. The efficient transportation system, wide range of accommodation options, great variety of food catering to many races and nationalities, and a good safety record, will make foreign patients and their families feel safe, comfortable and at ease.
